* feat(subghz): show satellites if enabled
Replaces the display of the number of satellites during SubGHz scanning. If GPS is enabled (an an external module connected) it will blink a GPS icon with the number of sats currently in range (even if zero).
Using a 10x10px "positioning" icon that replaces the SubGHz icon on the bottom right.
* Revert api version to ofw release
* f18 too
* Tweak icon a little
* Update changelog
* Format

They transmit the 2FSK data 3 times, with a 504.3 ms pause, which is enough to
show them as three separate signals, although they are absolutely identical.
On the flipper, that's measured between 578 and 591 ms.
No "history full" if "delete old signals"
Delete more old signals if history full
Fix visual offset bug with "delete old signals"
Fix led and sound for full history / not
"Delete old signals" in decode raw too
reserve more or less ram based on open rpc sessions
not at all precise, but roughly leaves enough at all times
eg. fill, connect app, fill again, screenshare, can still send

Enough, it will not be enabled back, do not ask for it, its efficiency is almost 0, if you didn’t know it looses signals and all that you can capture is a micro part of end of the signal
Detect raw also will be removed in a future (and replaced with more correct solution)
