Remove waterfall from all modes except listening post

Browse Source 
Reverts IQ pipeline and removes syncWaterfallToFrequency calls from
pager, sensor, rtlamr, DMR, SSTV, and SSTV general modes. Waterfall
is now exclusive to listening post mode.
