Smittix	8cd3aafd10	docs: Update documentation with new modes, screenshots, and carousel UI ... Add VDL2 to README, FEATURES.md, and USAGE.md. Add missing usage guides for ACARS, WebSDR, ISS SSTV, HF SSTV, TSCM, Spy Stations, and Offline Mode. Add ISS SSTV section to FEATURES.md. Add 7 new screenshots to GitHub Pages (Spy Stations, GPS, WebSDR, VDL2, Weather Satellite, Satellite Tracker, ISS SSTV). Smittix	713c1a3470	Add supported platforms note to Quick Start section ... Documents that iNTERCEPT is officially tested on Debian and Ubuntu, with partial macOS support.
