Smittix	eeb3a29ecf	docs: Update help modal with all modes and correct SVG icons ... Replace emoji icons with actual SVG icons matching nav.html. Add missing mode descriptions for WebSDR, SubGHz, ISS SSTV, Weather Sat, HF SSTV, GPS, and BT Locate. Update requirements section with all mode prereqs.
