Smittix 670b1fc5a6 fix: Raise nav bar z-index so Space dropdown isn't clipped by content ...

The mode-nav dropdown menus were being visually covered by the main
content area (maps, visuals) below. Increase z-index from 100 to 1100
so dropdown menus render above all page content.
