- Restructured layout to put side panels (Tracker Detection, Signal
  Distribution) on the left side of the Proximity Radar
- Side panels now stack vertically with fixed 220px width
- Radar takes remaining horizontal space
- Fixes radar being cut off at bottom
- Fixes signal distribution content being cut off
