Jorge Martin Espinosa f88507117b Element Call SPA integration (#1283) 
* Integrate Element Call into EX, being able to open its URLs and handle the call in-app.
* Add custom scheme support with format `element:call?url=...`.
* Update androix.webkit
* Silence the foreground service notification.
- Allow foreground service tap action to re-open the ongoing call.
- Unify notification small icons in different modules using a vector one.

Marco Romano 0abda97d6f ListItem: Don't apply clickable modifier if onClick is null. (#1146) 
If it is applied but disabled (like before this PR) it will hijack all touch input from the view and no other component in it can respond to clicks.

* Improve list items:

- Create `ListItemContent`.
- Create `ListItemStyle`.
- Apply those to `ListItem` components.
- Create helper list item components for checkboxes, switches, radio buttons.
* Create single/multiple selection dialogs.
* Create `SingleSelectionListItem` and `MultipleSelectionListItem`
- Add `subtitle` to `AlertDialogContents`.
- Fix paddings and margins inside dialogs.
- Add `ListOption`.
* Adds small delay before hiding the single selection dialog.
