136114890f [FL-3420] Storage: directory sort (#2850) 
* Storage: sort_data holder in file structure
* Storage: sort directory if it possible
* make pvs happy
* Storage: fail sorting if there is no more space for realloc
* Storage: case insensitive sorting.

849b4c6694 Merge OFW (didnt keep most code, see desc for why) 
External cc1101 code is already here, its just refactored in OFW
I don't understand it, so I won't even try to merge it
The FAP fix for favorite apps, well we have a different keybind system
Keybinds didn't have that issue to begin with
