Move BTC Recharge and giftcardshop to a new Shops section

Browse Source 
They are DM-based services, not NIP-15/NIP-99 marketplace clients, so per
review feedback they should not sit under the Marketplace clients subsection.
New top-level Shops section avoids implying marketplace-protocol support.
