Add nowhere to Tools section (not Relay lists); remove hardcoded star count

Fixes placement of 5t34k/nowhere:
- Moved from 'Relay lists' to 'Tools' section where it belongs (it's a web
  publishing tool, not a relay directory)
- Removed stale (115★) hardcoded star count (shield badge shows live count)
- Removed trailing whitespace

原本 PR #673 的描述说只加了 1 个 repo 但 diff 里实际有 9 个新增条目,
其中 8 个已经存在于 main 分支, 只有 nowhere 是真正新的条目.
