Smittix 9724ec57f9 Fix pager sidebar squishing sections when all expanded ...

Add flex-shrink: 0 to .section, .run-btn, and .stop-btn so flex
children maintain natural height and the sidebar scrolls instead
of compressing content on 1080p displays.

Fixes #151
